The same rules that govern the product govern the people building it. If any of these read as obvious, good. You’ll fit right in.
- Ship real thingsEvery user-facing surface calls real logic or it doesn't exist. No dead buttons, no fake “confirmed” states, no demo theater. Sandbox and preview modes are labeled as exactly that.
- Safety outranks engagementThis product lives in moving cars. Safety filters are non-overridable and run before any commercial consideration. No metric, deadline or merchant dollar changes that ordering.
- Earn the merchant's trustOwners pay for outcomes, not impressions, and nothing publishes to their storefront without their explicit approval. We build like people's livelihoods depend on it, because they do.
- Explain your workOur recommendations must answer why now, why here, why this, why me, and so must our decisions. If you can't explain it simply, it isn't done.

The unglamorous load-bearing work: verification, payments and payouts, trust and safety, and keeping a 50-state marketplace honest.
